Jessica Heer is the Executive Vice President of Economic Development at the Fort Worth Economic Development Partnership (Fort Worth EDP), overseeing business attraction strategy, marketing, and day-to-day operations of the organization. Prior to joining the Fort Worth EDP, Jessica served as Senior Vice President of the Dallas Regional Chamber (DRC), where she was responsible for creating and accelerating the marketing and brand strategy for the DRC, affiliated brands, and its strategic priorities.

During her tenure at the DRC, Jessica led the creation and launch of several marketing campaigns, including the Say Yes to Dallas talent attraction campaign, Business Works Better Here corporate recruitment campaign and the Why Dallas campaign. Her organization’s efforts led to many successful corporate recruitment projects, including AT&T, Jacobs, Kubota Tractor Corporation, and Toyota Motor North America.

Jessica earned a bachelor’s degree from Midwestern State University and her master’s degree from the University of North Texas.  She and her husband, Michael, have two children.

Jason Moore joined the Mansfield Economic Development Corporation as Executive Director in October 2021. In this role, he is responsible for the overall strategy and implementation of business recruitment, retention and expansion, marketing and research, and workforce development activities for the MEDC. He is an active participant in developing strategic connections among and between business leaders, community leaders and the city’s development partners.

Jason began his public career with the city of North Richland Hills, where he managed major capital projects for various departments. He then took those skills to Richland Hills and later Lewisville, where he was active in city administration and economic development, respectively. In both cities he led efforts in recruiting and working with unique developers and targeted businesses to deliver a more diversified tax base, and thus, more resilient economies for his respective cities.

Jason received his B.S. in Recreation, Park and Tourism Sciences from Texas A&M University and later his Master of Public Administration from the University of North Texas. He and his wife Amy have three children.

As the President and CEO of the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Anette Landeros provides valuable programming to businesses, championing the importance of workforce development, and creating opportunities for economic mobility for all chamber members. Under Anette’s leadership, the Chamber has experienced tremendous membership growth as her team works diligently to provide valuable business resources for their members. Through strategic partnerships and new programming, the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is making tremendous strides to support the economic trajectory of our city while highlighting the diverse talent within our business community.

Anette also serves on various local boards including the North Texas Community Foundation, Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, Visit Fort Worth, Carter Bloodcare, and Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas. She was recognized by Telemundo as a “Heroe Hispana” and selected as one of HWNT’s Estrellas de Tejas in 2014. She was featured as one of 2015 Women to Watch and 2016 Forty Under Forty by the Fort Worth Business Press, and as a 2017 Woman of Distinction by the Girls Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains. In 2021, Anette received the Bold Woman Award by Girls Inc. of Tarrant County and the 2022 regional “Rising Star” by the North Texas Commission.

Anette holds a bachelor’s degree in public policy analysis from Indiana University and a master’s degree in public affairs from the LBJ School at the University of Texas at Austin.

Michelle Green-Ford was named President and CEO of the Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce in January 2022. Her selection is historic in that she is the first female president in the Chamber’s more than 40-year history.

She recently served as Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer for JPS Health Network. During her 6-year tenure, she served more than 7,000 employees. In addition, she owned a training and consulting company for 18 years, and worked with clients such as DFW Airport, American Airlines, the City of Fort Worth and Sheppard Air Force Base.

She has served on the board of directors of the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Southwest Corporate Advisory Board of the U.S. Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce, and currently serves on the board for Visit Fort Worth, Southeast Fort Worth Inc., and DRC Housing Solutions.

Michelle is a native of Fort Worth and attended Dunbar High School. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas and holds an MBA in strategic leadership from Amberton University.
