SCR Luncheon / Bus Tour  
 
Find out about properties in Northeast Tarrant County.
Don't miss this Luncheon / Bus Tour, hosted by the Northeast Tarrant County Chamber of Commerce, on Friday, April 9 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Birdville I.S.D. Fine Arts and Athletic Complex (located at 9200 Mid Cities Blvd. in North Richland Hills.) The event will begin with lunch from 11:30 a.m. to Noon, and attendees will meet the Mayors and City Managers of North Richland Hills, Haltom City, Richland Hills and Watauga. At Noon, attendees will board a bus and visit properties along Blvd. 26, Belknap, Denton Hwy. and Davis Blvd. The tour will last one hour, and attendees will receive a binder of information on all properties included on the Bus Tour. This event is free to all attendees and limited to the first 80 registrants. Don't miss it!

Find out how to identify price per square foot, gross rent multiplier, capitalization rate, equity rate of return, internal rate of return, and financial management rate of return. This course, held April 13 from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the GFWAR Auditorium (located at 2650 Parkview Drive in Fort Worth), will be taught by Chip Meyers. He uses a unique approach to evaluating the viability of the various conventional measurements of value, yield and return in investment real estate. At the end of the course, students will have a much better understanding of the pre-tax analysis of investment real estate. The cost is $99 per person and is worth 9 hours of MCE credit.
